Yes, we carry insurance to protect our staff, clients, and our company! Copy of certificate available upon request. 

Our primary goal is to prioritize the quality of our cleaning services. Please note that we do not offer wall cleaning, laundry service, garage cleaning, carpet cleaning, handyman services for fixing items in the home, or trash removal services. However, we have partnered with reputable vendors and can gladly provide their information upon request!

To ensure an efficient cleaning, please remove any items that may limit access to areas (e.g., papers, pet toys, children’s items).

Please have all dishes put away so we can properly clean your kitchen. If dishes are left in the sink or dishwasher, they will remain unless dishwashing services were requested.

If possible, secure pets and store any sensitive items.

We accept cash, check, and card payments.

If you plan to pay with cash or check, please let us know in advance. We kindly request that cash or check payments be placed in an envelope for our cleaners to receive at the time of service.

Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for our services. If you would like to customize and use your supplies, we can certainly accommodate.

We are more than happy to use your cleaning supplies. We ask that you leave them in an accessible area for our team to use upon arriving. We try our best to accommodate and understand every client has different preferences. 

The duration of the cleaning depends on the size and condition of your home, as well as the type of service requested.

You are not required to be present at the time of service. Our team is reliable, professional, and treats every home with care and respect! 

Yes, our services are fully customizable. You may select the specific areas you would like cleaned, as well as any areas you wish to exclude. Please provide these details in advance so we can accommodate your preferences accordingly.”
