Please set away anything that would interfere with us from cleaning certain areas, such as loose papers, dog toys, children’s toys, etc. Please ensure all dishes are put away so that we can thoroughly clean your kitchen. This is vital. If there is a sink or dishwasher full of dishes, we will leave it as is! (Unless noted otherwise)
We ask that any pets be put away as well, if possible. In addition, make sure the vacuum is accessible if you would like us to use it and anything of a sensitive nature is put away.
We offer flexible scheduling options and can work with you to create a customized cleaning schedule that fits your needs. Including twice a week, weekly, biweekly, triweekly, monthly, and so on!
Yes, we carry insurance to protect our staff, clients, and our company! Copy of certificate available upon request.
Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for our services.
We are more than happy to use your cleaning supplies. We ask that you leave them in an accessible area for our team to use upon arriving. We try our best to accommodate and understand every client has different preferences.
